About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team at SouthStar Immigration Consulting Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our services and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Development: Develop and execute marketing plans for various events, including publicity, fundraising, and information purposes.
  • Communication Strategies: Design and implement communication strategies to engage with our target audience and promote our services.
  • Public Relations: Manage our public image and reputation through media relations, press releases, and other public relations activities.
  • Marketing Materials: Create and distribute marketing materials, such as reports, briefs, website content, and educational materials.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze data to inform our marketing strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to ensure alignment and effective implementation of marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be required to work 30 hours per week.
