About the Role

As a Direct Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to potential residential and small business customers through door-to-door sales. You will have the opportunity to earn more, learn more, and be more, with a proven track record of training our agents for success and providing a pathway to career growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding sales service, promoting and selling our products and services to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, answering questions about product features and benefits.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, working under pressure to achieve objectives.
What We're Looking For
  • A persuasive negotiator with strong interpersonal skills and an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • A self-motivated leader who can handle rejection and work under pressure.
  • A clean criminal record and valid driver's license, with a clean driving record.
  • Sales experience is a plus, but not required.

Working Conditions

Travel is required, with weekend or evening work expected during the sales season. Reps have the opportunity to stay on and work through the year, with a competitive average pay of $32,000+ for rookies.
