Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to drive safety initiatives, enhance customer satisfaction, and improve site productivity as a Site Performance Optimization Manager at CB Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact and advocate for all customer mine sites, fostering strong relationships to enhance customer experiences through better communication and efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote product health and performance, understanding customer demands and communicating progress effectively.
- Monitor key quality goals and implement improvements, tackling complex issues creatively and seeking innovative solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of technical experience with a focus on customer solutions, including strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in office programs such as MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Mine operations experience on-site would be an asset, as would consulting or mine planning experience.
