We are seeking a skilled Radiology Specialist to join our team at South Shore Regional Hospital in Bridgewater, Nova Scotia. As a Diagnostic Imaging Physician, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients.
ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities include:
- Providing diagnostic imaging services, including CT, MRI, ultrasound, x-ray, mammography, and nuclear medicine
- Performing various image-guided procedures
- Ensuring professional responsibilities and quality of practice, as well as operating within the medical staff Bylaws of Nova Scotia Health
- Providing hospital and call support as required
- Contributing to and participating in other administrative responsibilities as assigned
This is a full-time position with on-call requirements.
QualificationsEligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia (CPSNS) with a preference for a full license
Certification with the Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA)
Eligible for certification by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (FRCSC)
