- Respond to written and oral inquiries from potential candidates, providing them with accurate information about our organization and job opportunities.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, reports, and other communications to promote our organization and job openings.
- Coordinate special events and promotions to engage with potential candidates and promote our organization's brand.
- Gather and research information to prepare communications materials, such as brochures and newsletters, to promote our organization and job opportunities.
- Develop and deliver educational programs, materials, and sessions to promote our organization's brand and job opportunities.
- College or CEGEP education.
- 2 years of experience in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Initiative and ability to take ownership of projects.
- Judgement and ability to make informed decisions.
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

- English is the primary language of communication.
- Willingness to travel regularly and internationally.
