Key Responsibilities:

The leader of the lumber yard is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the department.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Overseeing work execution in alignment with business objectives
  • Addressing challenges to guarantee customer satisfaction
  • Training team members on essential techniques
  • Providing continuous performance feedback and implementing corrective measures as necessary
  • Managing the replenishment process and monitoring inventory flow
  • Coordinating order preparation for shipments
  • Maintaining equipment
  • Managing sales initiatives and promotions to achieve service targets
  • Scheduling staff within budgetary constraints
  • Ensuring cleanliness of work areas and facilitating smooth transitions between shifts
  • Complying with store policies regarding loss prevention and safety protocols
  • Performing additional related duties as required
