About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Oncologist to join our team at Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre. As a key member of our cancer care team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients with cancer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Experience: A degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, or optometry, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a hospital setting.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada Certification Examination, and licensure by provincial or territorial authorities.
  • Specialization: Medical oncology, with a focus on providing patient-centered care.
  • Work Setting: Hospital (staff position), with the option to relocate and have relocation costs covered by the employer.
