Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret and apply welding process specifications effectively.
  • Operate both manual and automated welding equipment.
  • Read and understand welding blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Examine welds to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Utilize flame-cutting equipment as needed.
  • Assess the weldability of various materials.
  • Fabricate or repair metal components using set-up welding machines.
  • Perform minor repairs and maintenance on welding equipment.
  • Fit and weld components together accurately.
  • Fabricate necessary parts during maintenance or setup processes.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations in the workplace.
