Job Title: Heavy Equipment Mechanic Helper

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanic Helper to join our team at JAGDEEP TRUCK & TRAILER MOBILE REPAIR LTD.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will assist tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed, ensuring the smooth operation of our heavy equipment. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Move tools, equipment, and other materials as required.
  • Provide support to tradespersons and apprentices in their daily tasks.
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Assist with weight handling tasks, up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Ensure all necessary safety equipment is worn, including steel-toed safety boots.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing work priorities.
  • Reliability and dependability in meeting work commitments.
