Position Overview:

We are in search of a passionate Bilingual Mental Health Therapist to become an integral part of our vibrant team. This role is essential in delivering trauma-informed and culturally sensitive support to both youth and adults in our community service framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individual and group therapy sessions, psychoeducation, and care coordination in accordance with clients' treatment objectives.
  • Manage a caseload of 16 sessions weekly, catering to both youth and adult populations.
  • Commit to at least three evening shifts per week, concluding by 7 PM.
  • Facilitate in-person group sessions to enhance ROME GROUP's Mental Health initiatives.
  • Collaborate in the design and implementation of mental health programs, working closely with a multidisciplinary team of therapists and social workers.
  • Engage actively in case consultations and team meetings to ensure cohesive care delivery.
  • Adhere to and uphold all organizational policies and best practices.
  • Align mental health services with ROME GROUP's mission and the expectations of our stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and current records, and prepare reports as necessary.
  • Report to the Director of Emotional and Physical Wellness and receive individual clinical supervision from the Clinical Director.
  • Embrace the collaborative ethos of ROME GROUP, working alongside staff, volunteers, and community partners to enhance our holistic, client-centered services.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in Missouri. LMSW candidates eligible for in-house supervision are also welcome to apply.
  • Have a minimum of one year of experience in social services, with a strong focus on individual case management or counseling.
  • Demonstrate at least one year of direct engagement experience with participants.
  • Exhibit a strong commitment to and enthusiasm for ROME GROUP's mission.
  • Show flexibility and adaptability in your role to meet the evolving needs of programs and participants.
  • Bring experience in working with underserved and diverse communities.
  • Be willing and able to accommodate a flexible and occasionally unconventional schedule.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.

Compensation Information:

Our compensation structure is designed to reflect the expertise and value of our team members, with starting salaries tailored to licensure level and professional experience. For individuals holding an LMSW, the starting salary is set at $48,000, while those with an LCSW designation begin at $52,000.
