About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Real Canadian Superstore. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales and inventory processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and provide assistance with finding products.
  • Inventory Management: Receive and stock merchandise, maintain accurate inventory levels, and report any discrepancies.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained, including the stockroom and display areas.
  • Operational Support: Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security checks.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Previous retail experience is an asset.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
