Job Title: Construction General Manager

VICTORY HOMES LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Construction General Manager to lead our construction division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Allocate resources, manage budgets, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor staff in various areas of responsibility, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Financial Management: Establish financial controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs, setting objectives for the organization and representing the company in negotiations and official functions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and tight deadlines.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, team player.
