**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Overnight General Clerk to join our team at our Sidney, BC location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a well-stocked and presented department.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by going the extra mile to meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
  • Share product knowledge with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment and storage areas.
  • Ensure only the freshest products are displayed and available for customers.
  • Handle customer service inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment activities.

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail customer service experience an asset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.
