Radiant Care Pleasant Manor is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker (PSW) to join our team.

In this role, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents in a warm and nurturing environment. Your responsibilities will encompass assisting with daily living activities, ensuring their well-being, and fostering a positive living experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized care and assistance with activities of daily living, promoting residents' independence and dignity.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure clear understanding and coordinated care.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, adhering to established hygiene and safety protocols.
  • Observe and document changes in residents' condition, reporting any concerns to the appropriate staff members.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement care plans and ensure residents' needs are met.

Qualifications:

  • Successful completion of a Personal Support Worker program.
  • Current CPR certification is an asset.
  • Experience working in a long-term care setting is preferred.
  • A genuine passion for caring for seniors and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
