Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and warmly greeting guests in the dining room, taking food and beverage orders, and efficiently delivering items to guests.
  • Maintain a clean and safe dining environment by adhering to established sanitation standards and protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with back-of-house staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment and special requests are met.
  • Address customer complaints or issues in a professional and courteous manner, escalating concerns to supervisors as necessary.

About the Role:

  • Previous experience in the food services industry is required.
  • A valid Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent is mandatory.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment are essential.
  • Physical ability to lift and transfer heavy items, and stand/walk for extended periods is required.
