PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
JOB DUTIES
- Delivering exceptional customer service, including welcoming guests and assisting with their luggage
- Ensuring a safe environment for all passengers
- Keeping the bus clean and well-maintained
- Conducting inspections of the bus for any damages and confirming that all equipment is functional
- Following traffic laws, employing defensive driving techniques, and ensuring seat belt usage.
- Transporting customers to and from the rental facility
- Performing additional duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must possess a valid driver's license (Class 2, 4, or 1 with a driver's abstract)
- Must have a Class 4 medical certification
- Must have a commercial driver's abstract - current within 30 days
- Previous customer service experience is required
- Experience in transporting passengers is necessary
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs to assist customers with luggage
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Fluency in German or Dutch is considered an asset
- Ability to perform well under pressure
- Excellent communication skills are essential
- Availability to work on weekends is required
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Capability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Shift work is necessary, including evenings, weekends, and early mornings.
- Overtime may be required.
- Ability to remain standing for extended periods and to bend, twist, push, pull, and carry equipment and supplies.
- Lifting or moving up to 50lbs may be necessary, including shoveling snow, carrying RV parts, and cleaning equipment/supplies.
- Manual dexterity is required to operate cleaning equipment, including power washers and hand tools.
