Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning: Develop and implement menus that showcase our Japanese cuisine and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
- Culinary Leadership: Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to prepare and present dishes to the highest standard.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular kitchen inspections to ensure that food is prepared and presented to the highest standard.
- Staff Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to help our kitchen staff improve their skills and knowledge.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment
- Language: English
- Hours: 40 hours per week
