MEDICARE STAFFING SOLUTION INC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team. As a Bookkeeping Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and performing various accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers and financial statements.
- Accounting Tasks: Perform various accounting tasks, such as posting journal entries, preparing trial balance of books, and reconciling accounts.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including statistical, financial, and accounting reports.
- Tax Compliance: Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, accurate and reliable, efficient interpersonal skills, and time management skills.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 hours per week.
