Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Wireless Sales Representative to join our team. As a Wireless Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting wireless products and services, establishing genuine relationships with customers, and providing expert advice on mobile phones, rate plans, and accessories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively approach and engage potential customers to promote wireless products and services
  • Establish genuine relationships with customers and provide expert advice on mobile phones, rate plans, and accessories
  • Understand our carrier mix, promotional offerings, and pricing
  • Upsell additional products to enhance the customer's experience
  • Collaborate with peers to increase and drive store traffic to boost sales
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and mobile devices in the telecommunications industry
  • Process sales transactions, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor
  • Perform follow-up interactions with clients to ensure satisfaction post-sale
