Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in a related field
Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain aerial and underground telephone equipment
  • Conduct tests on equipment to identify transmission faults
  • Complete and maintain detailed test and service reports
  • Diagnose the nature, cause, and location of issues
  • Climb and work safely on poles, ladders, or other support structures
  • Connect, disconnect, and relocate cable outlets as necessary
  • Determine and assign work tasks
  • Splice, join, and connect wires effectively
Equipment and Machinery Proficiency
