Position Overview

The Facilities Cleaning Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our establishment. This position requires a dedicated individual with experience in supervising cleaning staff and ensuring high standards of hygiene.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role
Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and train cleaning personnel or coordinate training sessions
  • Oversee and direct the activities of cleaning staff
  • Conduct inspections of facilities to uphold safety and cleanliness standards
  • Advise on or arrange for additional services such as painting, repairs, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment
  • Support cleaning staff in executing their duties
  • Create and manage work schedules for the cleaning team
Work Environment
  • Physically demanding role requiring a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
