Key Responsibilities- Bakery Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the bakery, including supervising staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards.
- Production Planning: Plan and coordinate the production of baked goods, including scheduling, ingredient ordering, and equipment maintenance.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all baked goods meet our high standards.
- Team Management: Supervise and train a team of bakers and pastry chefs to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving ingredients and supplies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of food safety and quality standards.
