Maple Leaf Foods is seeking a skilled Production Labourer to join our team in our Manufacturing Production department.
About the Role
The Production Labourer will be responsible for performing various tasks related to food processing, including packaging, assembly, and clean-up. This role requires strong teamwork and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform packaging, assembly, and clean-up tasks related to food processing.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals.
- Stand and walk throughout the shift, with regular breaks.
- Communicate effectively with team members at all levels.
- Meet productivity and quality standards.
Requirements
- Punctual and reliable, with a strong attendance record.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
- Good communication skills, with preferred fluency in English.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including day and afternoon shifts.
