Rental Coordinator

About the Role
The Rental Coordinator is a key member of our team at CB Canada, responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operation of the rental counter. As the first point of contact, you will represent the company to customers, providing exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming inquiries from new and existing customers, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Perform check-in and check-out of rental units, ensuring seamless transactions.
- Complete and process rental agreements and required paperwork, maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to optimize fleet utilization and minimize downtime.
- Assist with various rental department duties, as required, and participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in vehicle rental or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and high accuracy standards.
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
