Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Tasks: Assign sales workers to duties, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Merchandise Management: Order merchandise, manage inventory levels, and maintain a visually appealing store display.
  • Customer Service: Authorize returns, resolve customer complaints, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Team Management: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.

Requirements
