Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Accounting and Bookkeeping: Perform accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations, and identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate financial information to management and other stakeholders, and collaborate with other departments to ensure financial information is accurate and timely.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
