Material Handler Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Material Handler Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the Material Handling Team in achieving operational targets for key product lines in the operations department at CB Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and store received items in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Inspect deliveries to ensure they match order and invoice criteria, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Unload deliveries from trucks, ensuring a smooth and safe process.
  • Update inventory records, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information on orders and delivery details.
  • Communicate receiving status to cross-functional managers on a regular basis, ensuring seamless collaboration and coordination.
  • Adhere to company standards and production policies to meet company objectives, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and quality.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in warehouse, production, and receiving department environments.
  • Knowledge and experience of working with different MRP/ERP systems, with a strong understanding of inventory management principles.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on timely, accurate, and succinct delivery of information.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently, with a valid driver's license.
