Job Summary:
This role will serve as a primary liaison between Digital and IT and the Downstream Digital Enablement Program (DEP) team, ensuring the alignment of strategic digital initiatives with broader organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead collaboration efforts between Digital and IT and senior business leaders within DEP.
- Foster strong relationships across the organization to ensure seamless execution of digital initiatives.
- Develop and refine the program roadmap by aligning it with the broader Company Digital and IT technical strategies.
- Act as the single point of accountability for DEP's Digital and IT-related activities.
- Understand the business objectives of DEP and translate these into clear, actionable work packages for Digital and IT teams.
- Develop and sustain a fast-paced R&D and innovation collaboration between DEP and Digital and IT.
- Balance the competing needs of DEP and other Digital and IT projects, ensuring the effective allocation of resources while maintaining alignment with business priorities.
- Monitor program KPIs and provide regular updates to leadership.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 12 to 15 years in IT, with substantial experience in leadership roles managing large-scale digital transformation programs.
- Proven track record of leading multi-year, high-budget programs from inception through to successful completion.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, enterprise systems, and IT infrastructure.
- Previous experience with ERP systems, cloud technologies, and data governance initiatives is preferred.
- Post-secondary education in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
- PMP certification is an asset. Additional certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) are a plus.
