Job Title: Carpenter

WHITE MUD DRYWALL LTD. is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining buildings, bridges, and other structures made of wood, wood substitutes, and other materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements
  • Prepare layouts and measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials according to building codes
  • Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems
  • Fabricate and install cabinets, doors, windows, and other wood products
  • Maintain and repair existing structures, including residences, commercial buildings, and industrial facilities
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the trade
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor
