We are a leading wholesale food company dedicated to providing high-quality meat products to our customers. As a butcher - wholesale meat sales professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible service and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cutting and Preparing Meat
    • Cut carcasses, sides, and quarters to meet customer demands
    • Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers
    • Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat
  • Meat Processing and Packaging
    • Wrap and package prepared meats
    • Remove bones from meat
    • Cut poultry into parts
    • Cut fish into steaks and fillets
    • Grind meats
    • Slice cooked meats
  • Customer Service and Support
    • Prepare special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products
    • Shape, lace, and tie roasts, other meats, poultry, and seafood
  • Support for Diverse Groups
    • Offers mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for persons with disabilities
    • Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities
    • Applies accessible and inclusive recruitment policies that accommodate persons with disabilities
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees
    • Assists with immediate settlement needs of newcomers and/or refugees
    • Supports social and labour market integration of newcomers and/or refugees
