- Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a related field.
- Proficient in electrical and electronic engineering technologies.
- Experience in robotics technology and automation engineering.
- Familiarity with programming software and computer-aided design (CAD).
- Maintain and enhance existing software applications through necessary modifications.
- Communicate effectively regarding technical challenges and solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, manuals, and documentation detailing software status and maintenance.
- Assist in gathering and documenting user requirements.
- Support the development of both logical and physical specifications.
- Research and assess various software products.
- Write, modify, integrate, and test software code for diverse applications.
- Implement robotic process automation solutions.
- Estimate repair costs and prepare written estimates.
- Design custom solutions tailored to client needs.
- Supervise and guide technicians and engineers, reviewing designs and cost estimates.
- Collaborate with specialists to create programs addressing unique client requirements.
- Oversee industrial electricians and ensure quality standards are met.
- Possession of Certified Computing Professional (CCP) certification is preferred.
- Demonstrates accuracy and a strong client focus.
- Exhibits excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Shows initiative, sound judgment, and organizational skills.
- Works effectively as part of a team and displays creativity and integrity.
