Role Responsibilities

As a Sales and Customer Service Agent, you will specialize in guiding our clients through the best insurance options for their vehicles and residences. Your ability to listen, comprehend their requirements, and convey information in clear, straightforward terms will be essential in helping them make informed decisions. Key Duties Include:

  • Providing expert advice to clients on safeguarding their most valuable assets by helping them make informed choices regarding insurance products.
  • Assessing customer needs, promoting relevant products and services, and offering innovative solutions.
  • Assisting clients with insurance options for both auto and home coverage.

Qualifications

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • High school diploma (post-secondary education is advantageous).
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English is a plus.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday during operational hours and every other Saturday.
  • Strong team player with a sales-oriented mindset.
  • Dynamic, customer-focused approach.
  • Developed advisory and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in computer usage and able to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  • No prior Canadian work experience is necessary; however, eligibility to work in Canada is required.

Work Schedule Requirements:

  • Availability to work full-time, five days a week during operational hours.
  • Mandatory Saturday shifts.
  • Occasional work on statutory holidays may be required.
