About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Chemist to join our team at GL Chemtec International Limited. As a key member of our research and development team, you will be responsible for conducting research into the synthesis and properties of chemical compounds and the mechanisms of chemical reactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Research: Design, plan, and execute experiments to investigate the synthesis and properties of chemical compounds and the mechanisms of chemical reactions.
  • Develop New Products: Participate in the commercialization of new products used in nanomedicine and nanoelectronics.
  • Supervise Team Members: Supervise and mentor junior chemists and provide guidance on research projects.
  • Quality Control: Develop and conduct programs of analysis to ensure quality control of raw materials, chemical intermediates, or final products.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including research and development, manufacturing, and quality assurance.
Requirements
  • Education: Earned doctorate degree in chemistry or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a research and development role, preferably in the field of chemistry.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
