Junior Electrician

We are seeking a skilled Apprentice Electrician to join our team at AA Electrical Services Inc. as a key member of our installation and maintenance team.

• Installation and Maintenance: Install underground wiring and cables, splice, join and connect wires, and design and construct low voltage multiphase services for single or multimeter installations.
• Testing and Troubleshooting: Test and measure voltage, loads, ground faults integrity of circuits, and troubleshoot and isolate faults.
• Supervision and Safety: Supervise other workers and ensure adherence to safety protocols, including grounding and bonding electrical equipment, systems, and structures.
• Renovation and Repair: Renovate electrical systems in residential and commercial structures, and read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications.

• Physical Demands: The role requires handling heavy loads and working in physically demanding environments.
• Attention to Detail: The ability to pay close attention to detail is essential for ensuring the quality of work.

• Flexibility: The successful candidate will be flexible and able to adapt to changing work requirements.
• Judgement: Strong judgement and decision-making skills are required for this role.
• Work Term and Hours: The position is permanent, with 35 hours of work per week.
• Work Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
