Position Overview

Hive Invesco Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Construction Site Supervisor to oversee residential building projects. This role requires a strong commitment to ensuring quality and safety standards are met throughout the construction process.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role within the construction industry
Work Environment

The position will involve working at various construction sites, adapting to different environments and challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain production and project reports
  • Supervise construction workers and manage project timelines
  • Coordinate and schedule daily activities to ensure project efficiency
  • Provide training or arrange for the training of new employees
  • Estimate costs and required materials for projects
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Develop methods to meet work schedules effectively
  • Interpret blueprints and construction drawings
  • Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies
