Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Research and Financial Strategy Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and evaluating the operations of Savoir Media, developing action plans to address client market research and financial consulting needs, and managing project budgets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Operational Management: Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient operations, manage project budgets, and represent the organization within various economic and social groups.
  2. Strategic Planning and Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities, assess products and services to determine marketing needs, and advise clients on promotional strategies.
  3. Content and Campaign Management: Oversee the creation and execution of social media campaigns, ensuring brand consistency, and manage post-campaign analysis to refine strategies and optimize performance.
  4. Leadership and Team Development: Lead and mentor a social media marketing team, fostering collaboration and innovation, and direct and advise staff on quality assessment strategies and service implementation.
  5. Public Relations and Community Engagement: Develop and execute PR strategies to communicate organizational initiatives, build and maintain online communities, and handle inquiries and foster loyalty.
  6. Influencer Marketing and Partnerships: Establish and manage relationships with influencers and industry partners, negotiate and oversee partnerships to enhance brand reach and credibility.
Requirements
  1. Master's Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field is required.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic planning, conducting market research, and providing guidance to clients in matters relating to pricing and financial strategy, managing social media platforms, and executing successful campaigns.
  3. Excellent English Communication Skills.
  4. Proven experience in budget planning, implementation, and management.
  5. Experience in establishing and directing operational procedures.
  6. Proven experience in managing relationships and strategy with corporate and MNC clientele.
