About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Advisor to join our team at 14836421 Canada Inc. as a Management Consultant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and provide expert advice on the organizational methods and structure of our establishment to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct in-depth research to identify areas for improvement and propose data-driven solutions to enhance our managerial policies and programs.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize our operations and improve our service quality assessment strategies.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of 5-10 staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in areas such as MS Office and business management.
  • Direct and advise staff on the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies to drive excellence in our operations.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong business management skills and knowledge of operational excellence principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Integrity, accuracy, and a client-focused approach.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
