About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Bowes Truck Centre Inc. As a Construction Labourer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by loading, unloading, and transporting materials as needed.
  • Material Handling: Help load and unload heavy equipment and materials from trucks and other vehicles.
  • Site Maintenance: Clean and maintain the construction site, including removing rubble and debris.
  • Health and Safety: Assist in maintaining a safe working environment by following all health and safety protocols and procedures.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve project goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Physical Demands: This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
  • Work Schedule: 44 hours per week, with regular breaks and time off as needed.
