Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Redcliff Family Foods. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operate cash register, process transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling and inventory records.
- Assist customers with product selection, answer questions, and provide product information.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and sweeping and mopping floors.
- Meet sales targets, achieve sales goals, and contribute to the overall success of the store.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and stand for long periods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
