About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our interdisciplinary team at Wood Street Centre Residential Treatment. As a member of our team, you will provide a range of services to youth, including assessment, diagnosis, care planning, implementation, and evaluation of individual needs.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a recognized Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or School Psychology, and registration with the Nova Scotia Board of Examiners (NSBEP). You should have a minimum of two years relevant experience, with a strong background in mental health and an understanding of the impact of childhood trauma.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat youth with significant emotional and behavioral disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
  • Provide clinical supervision and support to team members
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in mental health and addictions treatment
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $37.31 - $49.05 hourly, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, travel, long-term disability, and life insurance coverage. Successful candidates may also be eligible for a signing bonus and relocation assistance with a defined Return of Service contract.
