About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Assistant to join our team at SMART INTEGRATED. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing efforts and contributing to the development of our brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
    • Develop and implement marketing plans to achieve business objectives
  • Manage Marketing Campaigns
    • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
    • Work closely with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure alignment and consistency
    • Provide marketing support to internal stakeholders to drive business growth
  • Manage Marketing Assets
    • Develop and maintain marketing materials, including brochures, reports, and social media content
    • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
Requirements
  • Education
    • College/CEGEP degree in Marketing or related field
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
    • Experience with marketing automation tools and social media platforms
