Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Project Management Assistant to support our operations at Summa Metal. This role is essential in ensuring that our projects run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage documentation related to technical and construction activities.
- Oversee procurement of necessary supplies and materials.
- Coordinate logistics for materials and fasteners.
- Supervise manufacturing processes.
- Manage relationships with subcontractors.
- Provide technical assistance to installation teams.
- Prepare bids and conduct quantity surveys.
- Conduct site measurements and liaise with subcontractors and contractors.
- Handle modifications to contracts, including documentation organization and change order preparation.
- Prepare payment requests.
- Complete project documentation, including TQC and warranties.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong ability to collaborate within a team setting.
- Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
- Proficient in both spoken and written French.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English.
