Grocery Store Sales Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Grocery Clerk to join our team at Longo's. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Stock, merchandise, and create visually appealing displays to showcase our products.
- Prepare products for sale, including pricing, labeling, and stocking shelves.
- Maintain product quality by conducting regular date checks and product rotation.
- Follow all Food, Health, and Workplace Safety standards to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Passion for working in the food industry and providing excellent customer service.
Work Environment:
This role is performed in a store retail environment, with regular exposure to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Must be available to work evenings and weekends, as required.
