Job Title: Senior Data Scientist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our team. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will play a key role in shaping our data science capabilities and strategies. You will be responsible for developing a data strategy that aligns with our business objectives, identifying key metrics, and setting processes for data collection, storage, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a data strategy that aligns with our business objectives
  • Identify key metrics and set processes for data collection, storage, and maintenance
  • Build and maintain our data warehouse using DBT
  • Work closely with the product team to build data-led products
  • Analyze large-scale, complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and drive decision-making
  • Evaluate the performance of existing models and propose enhancements to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
Requirements:
  • Strong technical skills in data modeling, data structures, data mining, predictive modeling, and analysis tools
  • Ability to explain complex data in simple terms
  • Understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistics
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
