Position Overview

The Automotive Service Center Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the repair facility, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school education is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and allocate tasks to staff members effectively.
  • Identify and manage the range of products and services offered.
  • Establish and enforce pricing and credit policies.
  • Devise and execute marketing initiatives to enhance business visibility.
  • Prepare budgets and keep track of financial performance, including revenues and expenditures.
  • Address and resolve operational challenges, including customer inquiries, grievances, and supply chain issues.
  • Organize, direct, and assess the daily functions of the service center.
Work Environment
  • Fast-paced work setting.
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods is required.
Experience Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years and less than 3 years of relevant experience is essential.
