Job Title: Audiologist

Salary Range: $85,000 to $95,000

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Audiologist to join our team at JP Recruiting Agency. As an Audiologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality hearing evaluations, client care, and follow-up services to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support existing and new clients in their hearing journey by providing audiological assessments and hearing evaluations
  • Stay up-to-date with new trends in hearing aid promotions, fittings, and technological advancements to make informed recommendations to clients
  • Build relationships with clients to ensure appropriate care is provided and post-care solutions are recommended
  • Collaborate with our clinic team members to support both walk-in clients and inbound phone calls

Requirements:

  • Registrant of CASLPO (College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario) in good standing
  • Working knowledge of hearing healthcare products and services with diagnostic/dispensing experience
  • Excellent communication skills to establish a professional and individualized rapport with clients and team members
  • High level of discipline, punctuality, courtesy, and ethics, with a strong moral compass and compassion
