GFL Environmental is seeking a skilled Laborer to join our team in a dynamic role that requires a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

As a Laborer at GFL Environmental, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support the smooth operation of our facilities. This will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring a safe and clean work environment by maintaining a tidy workspace and adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Operating and maintaining various equipment, including skid steers, to support site operations.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their needs and ensuring they receive the best possible experience.
  • Collaborating with the ground crew to sort and process demo and wood materials.
  • Performing other duties and responsibilities as required or requested by management.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience operating skid steers or similar equipment is an asset.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift in an outdoor environment for extended periods.
  • Ability to frequently lift/push/pull up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds.
