Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Breaker to join our production team at McCain Foods. As a Breaker, you will be responsible for operating equipment and performing tasks to ensure the efficient production of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate equipment and machinery to produce high-quality products
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
  • Participate in quality control measures to ensure products meet our high standards
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and objectives
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks to maintain equipment and facilities
Requirements
  • Grade 12 or equivalent education
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 35-40 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of production software
