About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team at CLC Centre. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our organization's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Develop and execute marketing events, campaigns, and initiatives to promote our organization's brand and services.
  • Communication Strategies: Evaluate and recommend communication strategies to enhance our organization's reputation and reach.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the preparation of marketing materials, including reports, briefs, and website content.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train professional and support staff, as well as students, to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Program Administration: Administer programs to promote business investment in rural and urban areas, including planning development projects and acting as a spokesperson for our organization.
  • Client Services: Advise clients on marketing and sales promotion strategies, and assist in the preparation of marketing materials.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct public opinion and attitude surveys, gather and research communications material, and initiate and maintain contact with the media.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Work Setting: School or educational institution/establishment.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication skills.
