Position Overview:
As the Chief Operations Officer at BCLOUD TECHNOLOGY INC., you will oversee the strategic direction and operational management of the organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our technological and operational frameworks align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Resource Allocation:** Efficiently distribute material, human, and financial resources to execute organizational strategies and initiatives.
2. **Departmental Leadership:** Authorize and structure the formation of key departments and appoint senior leadership roles.
3. **Strategic Objectives:** Define and establish organizational goals while formulating or endorsing policies and programs.
4. **Executive Selection:** Identify and select middle management, directors, and other executive personnel; oversee event management.
5. **Performance Management:** Conduct comprehensive performance evaluations to ensure alignment with organizational standards.
6. **Financial Oversight:** Implement financial and administrative controls; approve comprehensive human resources strategies.

Work Experience Requirements:
Experience in management is essential.

Additional Responsibilities:
Support the immediate needs of newcomers and/or refugees, including assistance with housing, transportation, and childcare. Provide mentorship and networking opportunities for Indigenous workers.

Workplace Environment:
This position requires on-site presence with no remote work options available.

Employment Terms:
This is a permanent, full-time role with flexible hours, including potential weekend and overtime work.

Language Proficiency:
Fluency in English is required.
